Volunteer - 8 hour shift or (2) 4 hour shifts:                                                                       ~ Earn 75% of the selling price of your items                                                                           ~ 8 hr Volunteer Only “Pre-Sale” pass not available to consignors or the public ***

Volunteer - 4 hour shifts:                                                                                                   ~ Earn 70% of the selling price of your items                                                                           ~ 4 hr Volunteer Only “Pre-Sale” pass not available to consignors or the public ***

                                                                                                                                           ***IF you plan on volunteering, but are NOT a consignor - we require that you work during the DROP-OFF shifts & you will recieve a 4 hr volunteer pre-sale pass. Please contact us before registering!***

Q. What will volunteers be required to do?                                                                            A. There will be numerous easy tasks, such as checking in the merchandise, setting up for the sale, untagging merchandise, etc. The first & last work shifts will require a rearranging tables & clothing racks. Ladies, please feel free to bring your husbands & get your consignor fee waived!!! We truly appreciate all of our volunteers!!!                                                                          
Please understand that we depend on our volunteers being responsible for their shifts! If a consignor does not show up for their shift(s) they will lose the presale pass incentive and their commission percentage will drop to 30%. If you are unable to work please find a replacement & notify us of the change ASAP. Contact Jennifer. This policy allows us to attract only those who are responsible and dependable. (Please be aware that we do not offer childcare for volunteers at this time.)

Here are some additional opportunities are available to individuals who want to earn a “Volunteer Pre-Sale” pass with or without being a consignor:

Signs or Banners: We need some banners and lots of small signs to advertise our event. If you are able to supply us with either of these a 4-hr Volunteer Pre-Sale pass will be earned.

Media Coverage: If you can help us with Radio or Television Coverage you will receive a 4-hr Volunteer Pre-Sale Pass.
