Then, secure barcoded tags to items.
Drop-off prepared items & bring a stamped, self-addressed envelope (w/ Consignor #)

**There is a one time consignor fee that will be deducted from your check - this goes towards leasing the building, renting tables, marketing, & the various expenses required to host this sale. The fee for returning consignors is $5.00 & new consignors is $7.50.**

We accept “gently used” preemie/newborn to size16 children’s clothing and maternity/nursing wear. Items will be inspected at drop off. The Savvy Mom Sale reserves the right to deny any unacceptable items (with stains, tears, etc.) Please understand that we want to sell quality merchandise.

Statistics has shown that 90-95% of baby gear, toys, and books will sell. Due to the sheer volume of infant onsies, we suggest that you group them together in groups of 2-3. We also recommend grouping items that coordinate be sold as a set.

We will gladly accept: >Girls/boys clothing sizes: Preemie through children's size 16 for CURRENT Season(s) >Maternity & Nursing Wear >Toys (must be complete, clean, & have working batteries, if needed) >Name brand stuffed animals only (Disney, Elmo, Gund, Build-A-Bear, etc) >Books, videos, computer games, etc. (with all the parts) >Bassinets & packn' plays (must be fully assembled) >Baby equipment (strollers, high chairs, swings, bouncy seats, Boppy pillows, Bumbos, etc.) >Nursery Gear: monitors, baby gates, and safety equipment >Diaper bags, baby carriers, and shopping cart covers >Breast Pumps & Accessories (Disposable breast pads and breast milk baggies) >Sports Equipment >Outdoor Equipment for the playground, Ride on Toys, Bikes, Playhouses, Slides >Home school items >Formalwear, Boy/Girl Scout, school and karate uniforms >Dance, gymnastic and ballet suits >Dress-up & Halloween Costumes >SHOES – ONLY new or like new >Children's furniture (must be FULLY ASSEMBLED – so bring tools if needed) >Bedding: comforters, quilts, bedskirts, accessories, etc. >CLEAN Bibs, burpcloths, bottles, rattles, etc >Or any other children's items in excellent condition. >Car Seats - must be less than 5 years old. We will only accept car seats that are less than 5 years old. Please check the following websites for recalls on car seats: http://www.nhtsa.gov or www.carseat.org or call the D.O.T. Auto Safety Hotline at 1-888-DASH-2-DOT. We only accept car seats that have never been damaged (in an accident). Car seats must have a sticker on the base that gives manufacture information to be accepted. We will be checking this sticker at check-in.

As a parent, one of the most important responsibilities that we have to to protect our children; therefore, it is imparitive that consignors are diligent about ensuring that none of their consigned items pose any safety hazard or have previously recalled. Please use this searchable Recall List provided by the Consumer Product and Safety Commission, if you have ANY doubts.

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in and profit from The Savvy Mom Sale, please read and acknowledge your acceptance of the following Terms of Agreement:

Seller understands that it is their responsibility to fill out each item's tag completely and properly & agrees that no claims will be made against The Savvy Mom Sale for any discrepancies involving items placed in the sale.

The Seller aggrees to provide a stamped, self-addressed envelope at consignor drop-off. This WILL be the address that your check is mailed to & therefore The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC is NOT responsible for checks mailed to an incorrect address.

The Seller agrees that a participation fee will be deducted from their earnings: $7.50 for a new consignor or $5.00 for a returning consignor.

Seller agrees that ITEMS NOT PICKED UP by the end of the designated pick-up period will become the property of The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC to be donated to charity or any other sources that could benefit from them.

Seller agrees that any items found WITHOUT A CARD during the sale will be placed in Lost and Found. Sellers may look through these items at pick-ups for identification. Any items NOT identified during that time will be donated after the pick-up period is over.

Seller agrees to cash issued proceed checks within 60 days of the date of the check.

Seller agrees that the distribution of proceeds from the sale of each item will be as follows: Seller will recieve 65% of their profits minus a participation fee deducted from their earnings check. The Seller has the opportunity to earn 70% if the Seller refers five or more new active consignors to that particular sale.

Seller agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC from whatever cause either foreseen or unforeseen against the The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, the Owner of The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants in The Savvy Mom Sale. LLC.

Seller agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, the Owner of The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants in The Savvy Mom Sale, LLC, for the damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to The Savvy Mom Sale. LLC. We do not anticipate any thefts, damage, or loss but occasionally these events may occur.
